By using a combination of specially formulated material and a unique heat and pressure injection system 
the SR-Ivocap overcomes the problem of chemical shrinkage which is often encountered when polymerising polymethyl methacrylate material.

Because the resin is injected onto the mould this provides a smoother surface finish for improved oral health and an all round excellent fitting denture for your private patients.

Teeth

SR-Vivodent Teeth are high quality teeth for use on your private dentures. They are solidly constructed 
to provide the abrasion resistance you require, together with a pearl effect that captures many of the nuances of natural teeth such as shade graduations and translucency towards the incisal tip of the tooth.

Cosmo HxL and Dentacryl teeth

HxL offer a comprehensive mould variety offers superior aesthetic results using the popular V-shades making selection easy. Cosmo HxL are manufactured using high quality PMMA resins which are highly cross-linked (HxL), This formulation improves resistance to plaque and abrasion. Making HxL an excellent choice for Independent Denture work.

High Impact acrylic

High impact heat cured dental base resin in either pink or clear acrylic is three times as strong as a standard acrylic giving your patient the strength they require. Besides strength the acrylic offers patients a "lifelike" denture with balanced translucency, tissue coloration blending and fibered vein simulation.
